Speaking on cultural policy challenges

On 5-6 June 2019, in Paris, the 2nd Assembly of the Compendium of Cultural Policies and Trends’ Association was held with support the French Ministry of Culture, considering culture policy issues under modern conditions, role of cultural policy in sustainable development, cultural statistics, etc.  

Presentations were made by Per Mangset (Norway), Eleonora Belfiore (UK), Dorota Ilczuk (Poland), Yudhishthir Raj Isar (France), Milena Dragićević Šešić (Serbia), Olivier Lerude (France), Peter Inkei (Hungary) and other. Director of Development Centre “Democracy through Culture”, Oleksandr Butsenko, made his brief contribution “Analytical gap and one-time event culture”. Participants of Assembly stressed on critical role of culture in modern society development for resolving economic, social and ecological challenges.
