On 9 December 2019, in Bogotá (Columbia), the book “Living heritage” – “Traditional food” has been presented. It is the joint edition by UNESCO NGO’s Forum and the 2nd Category Center in Korea/ICHCAP.

We are pleased that the article about traditional Ukrainian meal, borsch, has been included to this book –  https://demcult.org/naydavnisha-strava-borshh/

For reference:

Each issue of the series “Living heritage” is focused on certain topic discussing respective intangible cultural heritage of different regions and nations for raising understanding of cultural diversity supported by UNESCO.
The living heritage of Ukraine has been already presented twice in this series: firstly, in 2018, the article about the tug of war tradition was published, and this time – about borsch in Ukraine.

We wish to thank all who have helped and supported us. And our special thanks to those who have made us stronger!
