The photo-contest under such title is announced to conmemorate 20th anniversary of the UNESCO Convention 2003 and 15th anniversary of its ratification by Ukraine. The contest is organized by Odesa Regional Center for Ukrainian Culture with support by the Development Centre “Democracy through Culture”, accredited under UNESCO Convention 2003, and Odesa Photographic Association.

The main objective of the contest is to demonstrate the whole diversity of the intangible cultural heritage and its practitioners.

Though the contest, according to the terms, is carried out only on the territory of Odesa oblast, organizers decided this year to expand it inviting all desired to take part in the nomination “Living culture as a source of resilience”.
