In Dilijan, Armenia, the Annnual Session of the European Cultural Parliament has opened on Oct. 17, 2017, under the slogan “Humanitarism – Culture – Education”. The director of the Development Centre “Democracy through Culture”, Oleksandr Butsenko has made contribution dedicated to the creative work of the modern Catalan artist, Antoni Miro.
