EASTERN PARTNERSHIP COUNTRIES FESTIVALS PLATFORM (EPCFP)

An initiative of EFA/EFFE Ukrainian and Georgian Hubs, in partnership with EFA and UNESCO/ITI Georgian Centre.

The first, founding meeting will be on 3d of October 2018, supported by HIGHFEST and SCF, in Yerevan (Armenia). During the first meeting there will be:

• Presented EFA/EFFE project;
• Demonstrated EFFE Cities and tourism cooperation;
•  Discussed cooperation potential between Festivals and Countries;
• Created the EPCFPD (Eastern Partnership Countries Festivals Platform Desk or Working Group) for cooperation, exchange and coordination.

Arrival to Yerevan on 3 of October 2018;

Working meeting: 14.00-18.00;

Informal meetings attending of cultural program of Highfest: October 3, after 7 p.m.

4th October:

Conclusions 10.00-12.00

Departure

Registration fee 100 euro (includes accommodation dinner and breakfast) +1 extra day 75 euro

At the meeting will be presented EFA/EFFE program coordinator, Gert Naessens, Head of EFFE Hub, Ukraine, Oleksandr Butsenko, and Head of EFFE Caucasian/Georgian Hub, Levan Khetaguri.
